Having had excellent and quick service from Capital who sent engineers to sort out problems with my dishwasher and tumble dryer, I decided to buy a replacement dishwasher from them too. A REAL engineer and just not a techie.He sorted the awful noise from my Sharp Fridge freezer which I bought from AO.com.Dan’s knowledge base is considerable and he is extremely personable and humble. Very good follow up be email to organize the appointment; engineer came on time and repair was very quick; the only thing which could have been improved was to mention somewhere that ETA means Estimated time of arrival....it usually has another common meaning.

All four LEDs illuminated red: No door lock signal detected / Door not unlocked in two minutes.
Advice: To fix this you should check the door, latch and lock are closed. If the problem persists, contact one of our experienced engineers!
2nd and 3rd lights are illuminated red: Fill time has exceeded two minutes / No signal from pressure switch after ten minutes.
Advice: You need to check your water supply is on/ inlet hose isn’t kinked. If the problem persists, it may need to be fixed by an engineer.
1st and 3rd lights are illuminated red: Water not drained from washing machine in allotted time. The level sensor or drain sensors aren’t working.
Advice: Check the filter for blockages. If the problem persists, it will need to be looked at by an engineer.
1st, 3rd & 4th lights are illuminated red: Water level has exceeded pressure sensor or switch.
Advice: Contact an engineer to determine the issue.
2nd, 3rd & 4th lights are illuminated red: Heater or NTC error.
Advice: Check the heating element. If the problem persists, it may need to be fixed by an engineer.
1st, 2nd, 3rd lights are illuminated red: Washing machine motor is broken.
Advice: Motor may need replacing. Contact one of our engineers to diagnose the issue.
3rd light is illuminated red: Voltage either too low or too high.
Advice: The power supply needs checking by a qualified washing machine technician.
