In light of the current situation in London and surrounding areas we would like to reassure all our customers that we are open and doing the best we can to respond to all repair requests. We have taken all the recommended precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers by following rigorous hygiene and social distancing practices..

We know that if your appliances break down you will need them fixed fast especially if fridges have medication in them and we intend to work as hard as possible to ensure we can do exactly that. With this in mind we would like to reassure you that under no circumstances would we send any of our engineers to your property if they were showing or had been in contact with anyone who had shown symptoms of COVID 19.
We are offering local delivery on all our new appliances so please contact us if you need to discuss any repair or purchase.

This is a fast moving situation and we will update as per government advice but as of 24/3/2020 we are operating as normal for emergency repairs.
