Very good follow up be email to organize the appointment; engineer came on time and repair was very quick; the only thing which could have been improved was to mention somewhere that ETA means Estimated time of arrival....it usually has another common meaning.

Unit did not drain completely

Check for the following items:

Knockout plug in disposer has been removed.
Drain hose is not blocked or obstructed.
Drain hose is not Pinched or restricted.
Drain hose is at the correct height a min. of 32” from the floor.
Filters and sump are clear of any food soils.

Draining problem

Dishwasher displays error code I20, C2, F2 or AL6, or beeps twice, not draining

i40

Clogged filter or sump.

Can also indicate a pressure sensor problem. Occurs when food soils have built up in the sump.

Try cleaning out your glass trap and filter and re-run the unit.

Loss of Power

This indicates that the unit has lost power.

Water inlet issue

Dishwasher displays error code i10, i11, AL5, C1, beeps once, or the warning light flashes once

i50

Wash motor/pump malfunction.

Dishwasher error code indicates not washing.
