Having had excellent and quick service from Capital who sent engineers to sort out problems with my dishwasher and tumble dryer, I decided to buy a replacement dishwasher from them too. I was able to speak to real person! Who told me what they had available, I selected and bought it and was offered delivery two days later. Kept up-to-date on the timing of the delivery and the two men who came, fitted took away the old machine couldn't have been more helpful. A REAL engineer and just not a techie.He sorted the awful noise from my Sharp Fridge freezer which I bought from AO.com.Dan’s knowledge base is considerable and he is extremely personable and humble. Will always want him to repair my ‘white’ goods. Most grateful as he has reduced the overall noise level of the fridge freezer.

Very good follow up be email to organize the appointment; engineer came on time and repair was very quick; the only thing which could have been improved was to mention somewhere that ETA means Estimated time of arrival....it usually has another common meaning.

From the outset Rebecka was very helpful, we had several appliances to fix so it was complicated to set up. E11/E12/E22: Water fill difficulty during washing.
Advice: Tap closed or water pressure too low; Drain pipe improperly positioned; Water fill solenoid valve faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Pressure switches faulty; Wiring faulty; Main PCB faulty. Cycle is paused with door locked.
E13: Water leaks.
Advice: Drain pipe improperly positioned; Water pressure too low; Water fill solenoid valve faulty; Water circuit on pressure switch is leaking/clogged; Pressure switches faulty. Cycle is paused with door locked.
E21: Drain difficulty during washing.
Advice: Drain pipe kinked/clogged/improperly positioned; Drain filter clogged/dirty; Wiring faulty; Pressure switch faulty; Drain pump rotor blocked; Drain pump faulty; Main PCB faulty. Cycle paused (after 2 attempts).
E23/E24/E43/E45: TRIAC issues with the drain pump or sensor.
Advice: Wiring faulty; Drain pump faulty; Main PCB faulty. Safety drain cycle – Cycle stops with door open/open.
E35: Overflow.
Advice: Water fill solenoid valve faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Wiring faulty; Pressure switches faulty; Main PCB faulty. Cycle interrupted. Safety drain cycle. Drain pump continues to operate.
E41: Door open
Advice: Check whether the door is closed properly; Wiring faulty; Door safety interlock faulty; Main circuit board faulty. Cycle paused.
E42: Problems with door lock.
Advice: Wiring faulty; Door safety interlock faulty; Electrical current leak between heating element and ground; Main PCB faulty. Cycle paused.
E61/E62/E66: Wiring faulty; NTC probe for wash cycle faulty; Heating element faulty; Main PCB faulty.
