Very good follow up be email to organize the appointment; engineer came on time and repair was very quick; the only thing which could have been improved was to mention somewhere that ETA means Estimated time of arrival....it usually has another common meaning.

E1: Door latch Issue. There could be something stuck in the door which can be solved by opening and closing the door. It is more likely to be caused by a technical fault with the lock mechanism.
E2/3/5: Water not draining. This code indicates that the dishwasher is not draining properly. This can be caused by a blocked drain hose, a kinked drain hose, or a faulty drain pump.
E4: Water heater problem. There are various reasons for this issue. Best bet is to call one of our engineers who can come and examine your washing machine in person to find the cause.
E6/E7: Motor heat protector issue or failure. The main drive motor has overheated, or the motor has failed. Again, a professional engineer is the best way to determine the root cause.
E8: Machine is overfull. This doesn’t necessarily mean you put too much washing in the machine. It can be caused by too much water in the machine. A detergent that causes lots of foaming can also set off this error code. More technical issues include a fault in the water level sensor.
UNb: Unbalanced load. The washing in your machine has become unbalanced during the draining of water from your machine.
